Pebbles' neat trick
So you think you know everything about your dogs and nothing they do can surprise you anymore - opening doors? telling the time? doing a pool rescue mission? How about washing your own frisbee?
We took the girls to the beach today because it was really nice and sunny. As usual, Pebbles played an intense game of frisbee. The strange thing was George and I noticed that for every 5 tosses, Pebbles wouldn't come back with the frisbee. She would take it and run off to the sea with it. Eventually she would come back with it but George and I were a little annoyed and puzzled because she was usually very good at coming back.
After observing her a bit, it finally dawned on us - she was going there to rinse her frisbee! She was actually dropping her frisbee at the very edge of the water, soaking it and then shaking it with her mouth before bringing it back!
How cool is that?
