Ooops...
If any of you have been following my brother's blogspot, you might have noticed the mention of my "prang".
Yes, I scraped the side of the car this morning. It was a sharp turn up the car park and a very narrow passage. I thought I was clear (the front went through fine) but in an instant, the sound of a costly and painful screech and a simultaneous "thud thud" said no. I scraped the rear panel on the driver's side against some protruding metal bits on the corner wall. It's an odd spot and you really have to see it to understand how it could have happened but still, it was my fault. I went home in shock and 'fessed up to George right away.
He is the sweetest man though and said "it's okay as long as [I] am safe" (Oh, I feel even worse!). But then, he hasn't actually seen or assessed the damage yet.
To my kind and patient husband: I'm really REALLY sorry!
